Contrary to my MO, I’m going to be taking a break this weekend. I hope it’ll lead to awesome and refreshed posts starting this Tuesday.
If you’re bored because nobody’s posting this weekend, I suggest taking a really long walk. It’ll soon be summer and then you’ll have to battle the heat. If the weather’s bad in your area, what about picking up a good novel at your library? Or a piece of best-selling trash…sometimes it’s the right choice. And if you really need something online, NotHired.com is pretty addictive. Or my archives. π
And if you live in any country other than the States, please take a moment to savor the absolute ordinariness of this weekend. Because I was thinking of doing various things (because I haven’t taken a real break in a few weeks, actually, not because it’s a holiday) but I don’t want to face the traffic or the crowds. Hopefully it won’t be as hard for you.
Everyone have a great weekend and I’ll see you Tuesday!

Yes, hurrah for ordernariness. We had our federal holiday last weekend, actually.
It rained.
Have a great weekend… I am all for taking a break once in a while and having a life outside of blogging.
A well deserved minivacation! Your blog is so entertaining, you must work very hard on it.
Happy weekend!
I wish I could take the weekend off. I work in a grocery store and I will be working Sat, Sun and Mon. I think I will still be posting though so if any1 is bored, feel free to head over to my blog. Hopefully I will have something interesting for every1 to read!
I’ve been noticing all the Memorial Day posts around the US Blogosphere… was over in Detroit for a bit and noticed some of the celebrations.
I’m sure many were itching to get back to their trades and charts, though – when the market opens again, right? π
