I am currently reading Blue Like Jazz: Nonreligious Thoughts on Christian Spirituality. Not being a Christian myself, I was wary of the book because it's written by one, but my mom and sister loved it, and so I am giving it a shot... and I completely LOVE it. The author has some incredible insights and has been very forthcoming about his beliefs and in observations on faith in general. I have found it very uplifting and intriguing, and reflecting many of my own spiritual beliefs back to me. I bet you'd enjoy it :)

Here's one I used when I quit working. It's "You Can Afford To Stay Home With Your Kids" by Malia McCawley Wyckoff and Mary Snyder. It's a lot of common sense info in there, but it's a good read to put things into perspective before making the jump!
