I tend to allow myself cheat items rather than cheat days. For example, I like to buy the more expensive lotions and body washes, but I'm pretty frugal in lots of other areas of my budget. Food cheat days are the best! I would take a food cheat day over a budget cheat day anytime (although I think one can often equal the other!). Good article!
