I've gotten several great books there, and have unloaded some that I've been holding onto forever. Not just paperbacks, by the way. And the system is fully automated, so there's very little effort involved. You print out the mailing label from the site, and if you're sending a regular paperback, you can literally fold the sheet of paper around your book and mail it out. Really cool site.
