This week’s spooky Carnival of Personal Finance is over at Dough Roller. One gianormous link, folks.

My post on Redeeming the Spirit of the Latte Factor (for the frugal) was one of many submissions.

Here’s a few of my faves from the carnival:

Grad Money Matters has a fascinating piece on how to teach your kids about money and get them to eat less Halloween candy too! Someone let me know if this works. 🙂

Watch My Money Maker wrote about 10 important (financial) things couples should talk about before they’re married. We didn’t get to all of these until after, but they’re important to get straightened out at the beginning, anyway.

Life Lessons of a Military Wife made a very important list to cover when talking the talk with your (almost) elderly parents. Having seen the process of my grandfather’s moving downhill, the importance of my aunt having power of attorney and the way that his kids handled his finances to keep him in a good home, I can’t emphasize how important it is to by playing on the same team.

That’s it for now, folks. Stay turned for why I might end up being a stay at home mom.
