Mrs. Micah, a lovely post. Communicated well. Remind me to tell you the spending-the-night-in-the-Chicago-Greyhound- station-after-CPT-training story. Your post made me think of it (you're right that the use of humor is helpful in those kinds of situations) -- that was a good time.

By the way, you're a beautiful person, and I'm proud of you.

Love,
Jess

P.S. Sorry about the deleted comment -- I'm still learning this newfangled blog technology. :o)

Some people are very chatty. There are more anti-social people it seems. The way to tell is just start with hello and they usually take it from there. A journal helps when you are frustrated too!! Don't let stress take over your life or it will take it from you. Relax, take a deep breath and say " I can do it". Don't let anyone upset you because, some people resort to tormenting others when things do not go well. The best thing to do is ignore them. I find most people are good hearted and enjoy a conversation from time to time. They love to talk about the weather or current events. Have a great rest of the week. Annette A comforting song is "Don't worry be happy'. You may want to view it on You Tube. Things could be much worse or better. Somewhere in the middle is best.
