After reading "The joy of a good plot!" I just had to comment and to encourage you as a writer. My wife just recently fulfilled a lifelong dream to get a novel published. (I know, that's a lot of people's lifelong dream, but she worked so hard for so many years on it...and, well, I'm biased, of course...) Anyway, it's finally in print. It's titled "Little Lost River" by Pamela Johnston. You can find it easily on Amazon or any other book site, if you're interested.
